At Sunrise, our Concierge is responsible for providing excellent hospitality as they are the first impression for all visitors into the Sunrise community. The Concierge will greet potential residents, families, visitors, manage both external and internal calls, take and communicate messages. The Concierge provides an overview of community information to support marketing and sales efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

This is a Full Time position - Pay Rate is negotiable

Must have Skilled Nursing environment experience

Medical Records Clerk/Concierge experience is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness
• Performing general administrative duties
• Welcoming and supporting the hospitality of a Sunrise community

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Proven experience in a customer service role, demonstrating excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Organized record-keeping abilities
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new applications
