• Advises Director on staffing, recruitment, and retention of staff.
• Maintains personnel records and develops education programs for staff and orientation.
• Provides feedback on job performance and conducts evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Monitors budgets and expenditure to ensure cost-effective operations and prepares annual cost center budgets.
• Ensures effective communication with physicians, nurses, patients, and other departments to resolve issues.
