Job summary

WMCH Weirton Medical Center in Weirton, WV, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient care in an inpatient setting using the nursing process. Qualifications

• Current RN license for the state where services are provided or multi-state license via eNLC.
• Obtain Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire.
• Temporary or Graduate RN permit may be required by state board (as applicable).
• BSN preferred; active WV board requirements apply for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process during assigned shifts.
• Assess patient data to identify growth and development needs across lifespan.
• Coordinate care within an interdisciplinary team and document care plans.
• Demonstrate independent nursing judgment and adherence to standards of care.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and staff mentoring.
