Job summary

The role requires BSN with 3+ years (or ASN with 5+) of nursing leadership, an active RN license, and strong data/reporting skills. On-site, 40-hour workweek with emphasis on evidence-based practice and CMS standards.

Qualifications

• BSN with 3+ years of clinical leadership experience or ASN with 5+ years of direct patient care management.
• Current RN license in state of WV or multi-state license via eNLC.
• Experience developing and monitoring quality metrics and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and present findings to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversees performance improvement activities and data collection.
• Ensures readiness for Joint Commission surveys and CMS conditions of participation.
• Develops and implements quality indicators and reports results to leadership.
• Collaborates with Decision Support and staff for variance tracking and resource utilization.
• Education and trains staff on quality initiatives and evidence-based practices.
