Job summary

Vivo Healthcare at West Orange in Ocoee, FL is seeking a Business Office Manager to oversee Medicaid applications, billing, and financial operations within a skilled nursing setting.

The BOM will manage daily census, payor changes, and deposit checks daily, while entering collection notes in PCC and ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Excellent pay and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Business/Admissions experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Medicaid.
• Experience in business office or managerial role in a Skilled Nursing Facility required.

Responsibilities

• Process Medicaid applications.
• Assist with cash collections and daily census updates.
• Handle payor changes and level of care.
• Enter collection notes in PCC and screen for long-term care.
• Deposit checks daily; update RMS.
• Manage resident petty cash intake/outflow.
• Attend weekly UR meetings and perform triple checks.
