Job summary

Reliant Management is seeking an experienced Skilled Nursing Facility Business Office Manager to oversee daily business office operations, including AR, billing oversight, and admissions financial processing.

The ideal candidate has SNF/LTC business office experience, strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, and proficiency with AR reporting and collections. PointClickCare experience is preferred and regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) business office experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Private Pay billing.
• Experience managing Accounts Receivable and aging reports.
• Experience with collections and reimbursement follow-up.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• PointClickCare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business office operations.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and aging reports.
• Follow up on outstanding insurance and resident balances.
• Coordinate billing and reimbursement activities.
• Support admissions and insurance verification processes.
• Maintain resident trust accounts.
