Apploi is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager (BOM) for a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will oversee billing, AR/AP, collections, and Medicaid Pending applications to support accurate financial performance and resident care.

Key requirements include SNF BOM experience, strong Medicare/Medicaid billing knowledge, proficiency in financial systems and Excel, and leadership and communication skills. A business/accounting degree is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage billing, AR/AP, collections, and Medicaid Pending applications.
• Ensure accuracy in Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing.
• Oversee resident trust accounts, petty cash, and reconciliations.
• Partner with admissions, nursing, and home office billing to maintain census and compliance.
• Lead with integrity, ensuring confidentiality and operational excellence.
