Responsibilities

• Build admissions packets.
• Maintain accurate bed availability records.
• Interview residents/guardians and obtain required admissions information and signatures.
• Notify nursing department when resident arrives and escort to room.
• Update the CRM in Point Click Care daily.
• Respond to referrals within 15 minutes of receipt.
• Coordinate admissions with Administrator and Marketing Director.
• Conduct facility tours in a professional manner.
