Lutheran Home in Arlington Heights is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to answer questions from families, give tours of the rehab wing, and guide move-ins. The role supports short- and long-term care admissions and works closely with nursing and other departments to ensure smooth transitions.
With 1+ year in skilled nursing admissions and CRM experience, you’ll help families navigate paperwork, track referrals, and build relationships with hospital staff.
Earn $50,000 to $75,000 a year. Be the person families call when a parent leaves the hospital and needs care at Lutheran Home in Arlington Heights.
Choosing a nursing home or rehab stay is one of the hardest calls a family makes. As our Admissions Coordinator, you’ll answer their questions, show them around, and make move-in day go smoothly. Lutheran Home is a 354-bed not-for-profit community that has served Arlington Heights since 1892. Our rehab wing has private rooms and a therapy gym open seven days a week, so you’ll have something worth showing.
