Job summary

Lutheran Life Communities is seeking an Admissions Coordinator for our Arlington Heights campus. You will greet families, answer questions, give tours of the rehab wing, and guide move-in and admissions in coordination with nursing and other teams.

With a focus on courteous service and detailed process, you’ll manage referrals, tours, and documentation, helping families through a challenging transition while supporting occupancy goals and a welcoming, inclusive community.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in skilled nursing or rehab admissions experience.
• Experience with a CRM system
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails from families, hospitals, and referral partners, and follow up on every lead
• Give tours of our rehab wing and skilled nursing community
• Walk families through admissions paperwork and plan each move-in
• Coordinate short-term rehab and long-term care admissions with nursing and other departments
• Track referrals, tours, and admissions in our CRM
• Build relationships with hospital case managers, social workers, and doctors
• Work with the Sales Director and admissions team to meet occupancy goals
