Qualifications

• Proven leadership in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of facility operations and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall operation of the facility and set expectations for department leaders.
• Build a leadership team through coaching and development.
• Translate objectives into practical operational plans and measurable goals.
• Manage financial performance including census, revenue, expenses, and payroll.
• Partner with nursing and clinical leadership to support resident-centered care.
• Ensure readiness for regulatory inspections and compliant operations.
• Evaluate data to identify trends and corrective actions.
• Oversee admissions, occupancy, and staffing decisions.
• Review payroll and staffing levels to meet demands.
• Champion quality and performance improvement across the facility.
• Address employee concerns in partnership with HR.
