Qualifications

• Pursuing an Administrator-in-Training pathway or licensed administrator
• Strong service mindset and accountability
• Experience in post-acute care and/or skilled nursing leadership is valuable

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day facility operations with the Administrator
• Collaborate with department leaders to strengthen communication and performance
• Monitor regulatory requirements and quality initiatives
• Enhance resident and family experience through service-focused leadership
• Participate in leadership meetings and improvement initiatives
