Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Service Technician to inspect and repair modular buildings across branch locations, performing framing, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC checks with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, carpentry experience, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. WillScot offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Some knowledge of computers and good communication with customers and colleagues.
• Carpentry knowledge and experience required.
• Electrical, plumbing, and welding experience are a plus.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair modular buildings, including framing, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC checks.
• Perform check-in/out inspections and determine repair scope, including invoicing considerations.
• Make floor plan drawings as needed and execute customer-requested modifications.
• Maintain inventory levels of tools, parts, and equipment; provide courteous service over the phone and in person.
• Ensure trailers are ready for scheduled deliveries with quality standards met.
