Job summary

WillScot is seeking a dedicated Service Technician to inspect and repair modular buildings, including framing, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and related tasks. A strong eye for quality and safety is essential.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to work independently, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. VIN checks, safety training, and excellent customer service will be valued in this position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment.
• Some computer knowledge and good communication skills.
• Carpentry knowledge and experience required.
• Electrical, plumbing, and welding experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect modular buildings and perform repairs or readiness work including framing and finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, and running gear.
• Lead safety initiatives and promote health and safety outcomes.
• Attend safety meetings and maintain organized work area.
• Operate company vehicle safely with a clean driving record.
• Perform repairs to mobile office trailers and check-in/out inspections for rented/returned units.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and equipment and assist customers.
