Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid carpentry knowledge and experience required.
• Electrical, plumbing, and welding experience is a plus.
• Current valid driver’s license with clean record required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect modular buildings and perform repairs including framing, finish carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and running gear.
• Perform check-in/out inspections and determine repair scope for invoicing; create floor plans as needed.
• Perform customer-requested modifications and maintain inventory for service tasks.
• Provide courteous customer service and explain repairs to customers.
• Ensure trailers are ready for scheduled deliveries at quality standards.
• Complete paperwork for deliveries, pickups, and service calls.
