Job summary

CL Construction LLC in Lincoln, NE seeks skilled Millwright specialists and laborers to install, assemble, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment across grain facilities and processing plants. You’ll work with conveyors, motors, and gearboxes, following blueprints and safety policies.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with industrial equipment, can read layouts, and are available for extended hours when required. Competitive wages, health benefits, and 401(k) are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with conveyors, motors, bearings, gearboxes, and material handling systems.
• Experience in grain facilities, ethanol plants, manufacturing facilities, or other industrial environments.
• Welding, cutting, and metal fabrication experience.
• Experience with rigging, crane-assisted picks, and equipment setting.
• Shutdown and turnaround maintenance experience.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely identify and utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialty equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and equipment layouts.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment malfunctions and mechanical issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on conveyors, motors, bearings, gearboxes, and other industrial equipment.
• Install, assemble, and align machinery, material handling systems, and facility components.
• Support rigging, equipment setting, and mechanical installation activities.
