Job summary
hth companies is seeking a Millwright to repair, install, and maintain industrial equipment across the Midwest. You will work on pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, piping, and related systems, reading blueprints and technical instructions to ensure proper operation.
The ideal candidate reads schematics, uses hand and power tools, and can perform welding, brazing, and cutting as needed. OSHA safety compliance and meticulous maintenance practices are required to support our manufacturing
Qualifications
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Proficient with hand and power tools.
- Understanding of safety practices and OSHA rules.
- Strong math and measurement skills.
- Excellent communication and organization.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and install industrial equipment across sites.
- Read blueprints and set up piping, valves, pumps, and related systems.
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain logs.
- Troubleshoot and repair machines as needed.
- Assist with installation of new or refurbished machinery.
- Support jobsite safety and OSHA compliance.
