Wage

$25.00 - $33.00/Hour

3:00 PM - 11:30 PM; Monday - Friday

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor to improve the Maintenance departments, premises, and grounds
• Troubleshoot and repair die cast machine, trim presses, holding furnaces, and other secondary equipment
• Complete assigned preventive maintenance tasks
• Bend and install conduits through 2", including EMT and rigid types
• Install, replace, and repair motor controls, contractors, overloads, relays, and limit switches
• Troubleshoot programs for controllers
• Complete paperwork and forms
• Work with subcontractors to complete projects on time

Requirements for Maintenance Technician

• High School Diploma or GED with at least one year of technical school or two years of experience working on die-cast machinery
• Formal training in hydraulics
• Experience with electro-mechanics, PLC programming, pneumatics
• Computer literate (Microsoft Word and Excel, PLC)
• Able to read electrical/hydraulic blueprints in English
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able to work with minimal supervision
