Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a maintenance technician to help keep our community well-maintained and welcoming. You will perform routine maintenance and complete work orders to ensure apartments are ready for new residents, with attention to safety and quality.

This role requires EPA certification and HVAC experience. You will engage in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and landscaping tasks, often working independently to resolve issues and improve facilities.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification and HVAC experience are required.
• General mechanical and electrical knowledge is preferred.
• You communicate clearly and positively with everyone you encounter.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders around the community.
• Perform work and repairs to ready apartments prior to move-ins.
• Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.
• Complete general maintenance projects, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping.
