Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform varied mechanical maintenance in repair, replacement, or installation of parts, fixtures, appliances and structures.
• Use proper methods, tools and materials; work with minimal supervision.
• Assist with painting, window replacement, and plaster prep.
• Repair gutters and downspouts; repair plumbing fixtures.
• Perform on-call, emergency, and after-hours work as needed.
• Assist with grounds maintenance; other duties as assigned.
