Qualifications

• 3+ years of related manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of safety principles like lock-out/tag-out.

Responsibilities

• Observe equipment operation and components to detect malfunctions.
• Operate equipment to meet quality, cost, and daily schedules.
• Notify management of production, safety, quality or environmental concerns.
• Understand bagging specifications and quality targets.
• Daily cleanup of production area with teamwork.
• Complete daily production forms accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance like lubrication, fueling, and cleaning.
• Other duties as assigned.
