Job summary

GardenCore LLC in Illinois is seeking a Machine Operator to run manual and automated equipment in a fast-paced, controlled environment. You will perform preventive maintenance, set up machinery, and ensure high-quality output for customers.

You will follow safety procedures, record production data daily, and collaborate with team members to meet schedules while maintaining equipment performance and a clean work area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in trades specific to job requirements.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Knowledge of safety principles, such as lock-out/tag-out.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and automated machinery in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine cleaning of equipment.
• Set up production machinery and ensure proper machine performance.
• Notify supervisors of production, safety, quality or environmental concerns.
• Complete daily production forms accurately and assist with other duties as needed.
