Job summary

GardenCore is seeking a Machine Operator to operate manual and automated machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will perform preventive maintenance, set up production equipment, and ensure high-quality output for our customers.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED. You will monitor equipment, follow safety procedures, and maintain a clean, efficient production area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in trades
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Working knowledge of safety principles and lock-out/tag-out
• Ability to sit for extended periods and stand for long durations
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and perform physical activities

Responsibilities

• Observe equipment operation to detect malfunctions
• Operate equipment to meet daily schedules and quality targets
• Notify management of production, safety, quality or environmental concerns
• Understand bagging specifications to meet quality standards
• Daily cleanup of the production area
• Complete daily production forms accurately
• Perform routine maintenance including lubrication, fueling, and cleaning
• Other duties as assigned
