The role involves medication administration, IV therapy (where certified), and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Applicants must hold an active LPN license, be CPR certified, and have or be able to pursue gerontological nursing experience.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Specialized training or experience in gerontological nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within licensure scope and following state Nurse Practice Act.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor IVs and other treatments as ordered.
• Oversee and coordinate care with certified staff to ensure EverTrue standards.
