Lutheran Senior Services is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide and coordinate care for residents in a senior care setting. You will practice within licensure scope, pass medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.

The role requires an active LPN license, CPR certification, and a willingness to work with geriatric populations. Strong documentation, safety awareness, and teamwork are essential in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure in state of practice is required.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Specialized training in gerontological nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Practice nursing care within the scope of licensure.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to define care plans.
• Pass and/or oversee medication administration and IV therapy as qualified.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in daily resident care.
