Responsibilities

• Practices nursing within licensure and state Nurse Practice Act; maintains active license and adheres to regulations.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to define individualized care plans and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Administers medications and treatments; monitors IVs and nutrition support as ordered.
• Initiates IV therapy if IV-certified.
• Maintains clinical documentation and MDS-related tasks in electronic medical records.
• Observes resident status and coordinates with other services for continuous care.
• Oversees certified staff and ensures EverTrue standards of care.
• Reports incidents following regulatory protocols.
