Job description

Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites and commercial/industrial project sites. Responsibilities include:

1. Operating hand and power tools of all types, including air hammers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment.
2. Cleaning and preparing sites, digging trenches, setting braces, erecting scaffolding, and cleaning up rubble and debris.
3. Removing waste materials and performing various tasks such as breaking stud ferrules, picking up dropped temporary safety, stringing out welding leads, and fetching welding rods.
4. Fire watch duties, filling water jugs, cleaning site trailers, organizing gang boxes, and attaching temporary safety measures.
5. Taping up welding lead cuts, picking up bone yard dunnage, and general go-fer tasks.
6. Maintaining danger tape and sorting bolts.
7. Assisting other craft workers as needed.
