Job Summary

This role involves physical labor at construction sites and assisting other workers. Tasks include operating hand and power tools, site cleaning and preparation, trench digging, setting braces, erecting scaffolding, and waste cleanup.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare construction sites to ensure safety
• Handle and distribute building materials, machinery, and tools
• Control traffic around work zones with provided training
• Assist equipment operators with machinery alignment and movement, with training
• Dig trenches, backfill, and level earth using manual tools
• Potentially work in trenches or confined spaces after training
• Follow safety protocols as directed by supervisors
