Qualifications

• Work in outdoor environments in all seasons
• Be comfortable working alongside heavy equipment and communicating effectively with operators, workers, and pedestrians
• Work at heights and in confined spaces with proper safety equipment and training
• Perform moderate to heavy lifting (more than 15 pounds), pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crawling, climbing, and squatting regularly
• Have working knowledge of hand and power tools
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Perform flagging, traffic closures, and related tasks as assigned
• Prepare sites, dig trenches, set supports, clean up debris, and remove waste materials
• Install erosion and sediment controls (e.g., silt fence, gutter guards)
• Willingness to perform manual labor to support projects
• Wear safety gear including safety toe boots, long pants, and long-sleeve shirts. PPE will be provided.
• Work on various tasks throughout the day
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and co-workers

Additional Details

• Job Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
• Location: Various Jobsites
• Working Hours: Start between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM; overtime, nights, and weekends may be required
