Job summary

Pensacola Heating & Air is seeking an Experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our family-owned team in Pensacola, FL. The role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and servicing residential HVAC systems with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

You will perform preventive maintenance, installations, and repairs across major brands while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Competitive pay, full-time hours, and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have residential HVAC service, maintenance, and installation experience.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience servicing all major HVAC brands.
• EPA Section 608 Certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and system tune-ups
• Install and replace HVAC components as needed
• Service all major brands of heating and air conditioning equipment
• Communicate repair recommendations and options to customers professionally
• Maintain accurate service records and work orders
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
• Participate in on-call or emergency service rotation, as needed
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every visit
