WeCare Heating & Air in Pensacola, FL is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC units, and support installations. You’ll use ServiceTitan for documenting work and will provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug test and background check
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and adjustments on HVAC units including air handlers, ductwork, vents, and drainage systems.
• Order necessary parts and equipment for HVAC repairs and installations
• Respond to emergency repair calls promptly
• Document repairs and completed tasks using ServiceTitan
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate issues and solutions clearly
• Recommend products and services to optimize system performance
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
