Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven HVAC service technician experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance, cleaning, adjustments, and repairs on HVAC units including air handlers, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage systems.
• Order necessary parts and equipment for repairs and installations.
• Respond to emergency repair calls promptly and efficiently.
• Document all repairs and tasks using ServiceTitan.
• Provide excellent customer service and clearly communicate issues and solutions.
