Job summary

We Care Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an HVAC Installation Technician to join our Fort Walton Beach, Pensacola, and Panama City service areas in Florida. This is a full-time role with flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, offering paid training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years as a Certified HVAC Installation Technician in residential/commercial settings, EPA 608 Universal, and a valid US driver’s license with a good

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Certified HVAC Installation Technician in residential and commercial settings.
• EPA 608 Universal certification required.
• Valid US Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug testing and background check.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Ability to perform physical tasks required for HVAC installation.

What you NEED:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Certified HVAC Installation Technician in residential and commercial settings
• Must have EPA 608 Universal
• Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.

Compensation pay ranges: $50,000 - $100,000
