QXO is seeking a hands-on Carpenter to build, assemble, and install residential construction components for new home projects. The role requires reading blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, and safely operating hand and power tools to complete framing and finish carpentry.

You will work with a residential carpentry crew to deliver high-quality results on schedule. The position emphasizes craftsmanship, safety, and reliable teamwork in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry or related trade preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents (blueprints).
• Ability to lift up to 50–80 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Must follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials per specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements.
• Install, build, or repair structures using a variety of tools.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
