Position Summary: The Grounds Journeyperson performs a variety of tasks necessary tomaintain the grounds and athletic fields for Tulsa Public Schools. This position will berequired to complete all assigned work orders in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
● High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience:
● Two (2) years of grounds related work experience
● Previous experience using common hand tools
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc.:
● Possess or the ability to obtain a valid Oklahoma driver’s license
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Office Suite or able and willing tolearn
Physical Requirements:
● Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
● Must be able to occasionally lift more than 50 lbs. with assistance
● Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, or reach for extended periods of time
● Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions
