The North Conway Grand Hotel is seeking a Lead Cook under the management of Olympia Hospitality to deliver high-quality meals and lead the kitchen team. You will follow recipes, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with the Executive Chef to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ grill experience and leadership experience preferred.
• Serve-Safe Certification and Allergy Awareness Training preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain kitchen SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team and oversee the preparation of high-quality meals according to standards.
• Direct, delegate, and train kitchen staff; ensure timely production and service.
• Maintain health and food safety programs and adhere to inventories and logs.
