Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of concrete construction experience required.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Places, levels, and finishes concrete for slabs, walls, and structural components.
• Prepares and inspects formwork and reinforcement for proper alignment and cleanliness before placement.
• Mixes, handles, and cures concrete to achieve required strength and appearance.
• Operates and maintains tools and equipment in safe condition.
• Coordinates with other trades and supervisors to sequence pours and address field issues.
