Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a skilled concrete construction professional to perform finishing work on slabs, walls, and structural components. You will prepare formwork, mix and cure concrete, and ensure alignment with project specifications under moderate supervision.

We value a High School Diploma or GED, 2–4 years of concrete experience, and OSHA 10 certification (preferred; must be completed within 6 months of hire). This is a role focused on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in concrete construction or a related field.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 10 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Places, levels, and finishes concrete for slabs, walls, and structural components according to plans and specifications.
• Prepares and inspects formwork and reinforcement for proper alignment and cleanliness before placement.
• Mixes, handles, and cures concrete to achieve required strength and appearance.
• Operates and maintains tools and equipment in safe working condition.
• Follows DPR Construction safety and quality standards at all times.
• Coordinates with other trades and supervisors to sequence pours and address field issues.
• Identifies and reports formwork, material, or safety concerns promptly.
