Rusin Concrete in Issaquah, WA is seeking an experienced Form Setter/Carpenter to join our dedicated team. You will work with your hands to build concrete forms, set the pitch and depth, and ensure proper alignment while following safety standards.

Requirements include one year of concrete experience and general construction know‑how; ability to tie rebar, build forms, and finish concrete with hand tools. We offer $25.00-$31.00 hourly, health and life insurance, sick leave, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• One year of concrete experience required.
• Minimum one year general construction experience preferred.
• Tie rebar/steel, build forms and finish concrete.
• Able to use all types of hand tools.
• Able to relate well with others.

Responsibilities

• Set forms that hold concrete to the desired pitch and depth.
• Check forms to ensure proper construction.
• Spread, level and smooth concrete with tools.
• Monitor curing with weather conditions.
• Mold expansion joints and edges.
• Apply hardening and sealing compounds.
