Qualifications

• One year of concrete experience.
• Minimum one year general construction experience preferred.
• Must be able to tie rebar/steel, build concrete forms and mix/pour/finish concrete.
• Ability to use all types of hand tools.
• Ability to create effective working relationships with employees and the general public.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of Rusin's Core Values.
• Working with a team to complete concrete pours and form setting.
• Complying with safety standards and remaining aware of surroundings.
• Precisely setting formwork for pours and thoroughly compacting base material.
• Performing fine grading, finishing concrete, and hand tooling around drains and edges.
