Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems across company facilities. This hands-on role collaborates with site operations, vendors, and maintenance teams to keep equipment safe and efficient.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, Universal CFC Certification, 3+ years of related experience, and OSHA 10 within six months of hire. A $1,500 sign-on bonus and annual bonus eligibility are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Universal CFC Certification.
• 3+ years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration experience.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical docs.
• OSHA 10 certification within six months of hire.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PDFs).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in mechanical rooms.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Use BAS/BMS to diagnose and fix issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and site operations.
• Complete preventive maintenance and service records.
• Assist with on-site repairs and general building maintenance.
