Join our Facilities team as a Commercial HVAC Technician. In this role, you will help keep our buildings safe, comfortable, and operating efficiently. You will inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, while supporting overall building maintenance. This position works closely with site operations, vendors, and other maintenance team members to ensure facility equipment performs reliably and meets safety standards. This is a hands‑on role in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, safety, and customer service are essential.
This position is eligible for a $1,500 sign‑on bonus.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 31 - 52 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
