Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Collision Repair Technician in Frederick, MD to perform high-quality body and frame repairs to manufacturer specifications. The role requires experience in structural/non-structural work, welding, and reassembly, with strong safety focus.

You will work with estimators, painters, and shop staff to ensure timely repairs that meet customer and industry standards, while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical trade school preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of autobody repair or collision repair experience.
• Proficiency with collision repair tools and equipment.
• Annual training required; valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, assess, and repair vehicle body and frame damage per estimates and OEM specs.
• Perform structural and non-structural repairs including dent removal, welding, frame straightening.
• Use measuring systems and frame machines to ensure proper realignment.
• Collaborate with estimators to review repair plans and parts accuracy.
