Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks a skilled Collision Repair Technician in Rockville, MD to repair vehicle bodies and frames to manufacturer specs. You will work with estimators and painters to deliver timely repairs in a fast-paced shop. Strong safety focus and experience with frame machines are required.

Minimum 5 years in autobody repair and proficiency with collision repair tools are preferred; involves reading repair orders and maintaining shop safety standards. Eligible for 401(k) and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Technical trade school training preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of autobody or collision repair experience.
• Proficiency with collision repair tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, assess, and repair body/frame damage per estimates and OEM specs.
• Perform structural and non-structural repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, welding, frame straightening and reassembly.
• Use measuring systems and frame machines to ensure proper realignment and integrity.
• Collaborate with estimators and team members to review plans and parts accuracy.
• Maintain tools and work areas in clean, safe condition; follow PPE guidelines.
• Comply with safety, environmental, and hazardous materials regulations.
