Qualifications

• Proficient in operating 3- and 5-axis CNC machines.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
• Attention to detail, quality and safety.
• Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools.
• Good math and analytical skills.
• Team-oriented with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce tooling and parts.
• Perform routine maintenance and tool changes.
• Load raw materials and read blueprints.
• Inspect finished parts with calipers, micrometers.
• Document issues and troubleshoot production problems.
• Adhere to safety standards and PPE.
• Collaborate with machinists to improve processes.
• Strive to meet quality and production goals.
• Operate industrial trucks and overhead cranes as required.
