Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience with CNC milling, 3-5 axis machines.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Understand speeds and feeds for different materials.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate CNC machines to produce tooling/parts using various materials, ensuring adherence to customer specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and replace tool heads as needed.
• Load raw materials into CNC machines to produce parts.
• Read and interpret technical blueprints and design models.
• Monitor machine operation to detect problems or errors and troubleshoot.
• Adhere to safety standards and use PPE.
• Inspect finished products with calipers, gauges, and micrometers to ensure tolerances.
• Document issues and collaborate with machinists to resolve production problems.
• Continuously improve skills and productivity.
