Paid Holidays for 2025 (9 days, 8 hours each) [eligible once you are working full time]: 1/1/25 – New Year’s Day 2/17/25 – President’s Day 4/18/25 – Good Friday 5/26/25 – Memorial Day 7/4/25 – Independence Day 9/1/24 – Labor Day 11/27/25 – Thanksgiving 11/28/25 – Day After Thanksgiving 12/25/25 - Christmas Vacation time (10 days, 8 hours each) [eligible at the first of the month after 90 days on the job]: Please send me proposed dates when you can, but you will usually be allowed to change them as needed, unless there is some sort of work that requires you to be there for some reason, or the notice is too late. Responsibilities: • Inspect, maintain and repair structures • Check existing sketches and blueprints to understand project requirements • Calculate, shape, cut, and smooth materials • Certify drywall, roofing, and flooring are level and compatible • Sculpt and piece together siding, drywall, kitchen cabinets, and furniture • Construct, install, and repair structures using wood, plywood, and other materials Qualifications: • Candidate must have successfully completed a carpentry apprenticeship • High school diploma or GED preferred • Valid driver’s license required • Excellent physical condition and dexterity • Deep knowledge of carpentry materials, tools, and techniques • 5+ Years of Experience Compensation: $30 - $35 hourly
