Right at Home SLC in the Salt Lake City area is seeking caring individuals to join our team as caregivers, delivering in-home support to seniors and adults with disabilities who wish to stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

We offer part-time opportunities on weekdays and weekends, with competitive pay and ample training. You will build meaningful relationships while providing essential daily assistance and companionship.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience or willingness to learn in-home care.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Experience with dementia or behavioral care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with hygiene and mobility tasks.
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping.
• Provide transportation to appointments or outings.
• Give medication reminders and monitor well-being.

Position: Caregiver

As a caregiver, you'll provide one‑on‑one care that matters every day. Your responsibilities will include offering companionship and emotional support, assisting with hygiene and mobility, preparing meals and light housekeeping, providing transportation to appointments or outings, giving medication reminders, and building meaningful connections that foster well‑being.

• Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification) Minimum $27.50 per shift
• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour
• Raises after 60 days + annual reviews
• Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week + required documents completed)

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older
• Valid driver's license and car
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and a ble to pass a background check
• Experience with dementia or behavioral care (preferred)
• Familiarity with hoyer lifts and gait belts (preferred)
