Pilgrim Foodservice is seeking an experienced Skilled Butcher to join our Butchery Team in Boston. You will handle beef, lamb, pork and chicken, delivering precision, care and pride in every cut.

You will bone, joint and portion meat, while ensuring quality, packaging, and accurate labeling for wholesale orders. Hygiene and traceability are essential, with support for trainees and use of IT systems for orders.

Qualifications

• Strong knife skills and attention to detail are required.
• Knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene and traceability is essential.
• Good customer service and communication skills are important.
• A flexible, positive approach and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with handling beef, lamb, pork and chicken is preferred.
