Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a collision repair technician in Georgia. You will disassemble, repair, and refit vehicle components to restore structural and cosmetic integrity. You’ll work with experienced estimators to plan 100% repair paths and minimize time while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• I-CAR / ASE certifications preferred.
• 2–3 years’ collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required; background check completed.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble vehicle to assist Collision Estimators and plan a 100% Repair Plan.
• Identify repairs to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Plan work procedure following work orders for all operations.
• Remove upholstery and parts to access damaged areas; cover to prevent damage.
• Mend damaged body parts by hammering, welding, and replacing panels as needed.
• Operate hand and power tools (welder, soldering, torches, wrenches, etc.).
• Finish surfaces and prepare for Paint Dept.; inspect and test drive repaired vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and SOPs.
